I've peaked early with the drinking and eating on this trip and we haven't even boarded the ship yet. There's a lot of cafes and restaurants around Fremantle and I feel like I've been into everyone of them. I'll have to come back and spend some time exploring the streets as the buildings are lovely. We did managed to boost the economy ;)
... talking to everyone. I also played some tag with Scarlett, along with some sort of ninja game. I never understood how that one worked. Scarlett is Rickie's daughter I believe.
For dessert they had homemade apple cobbler, chocolate cake, and pavlova. It was all delicious! Thank you everyone for making me feel welcome and at home! Stephen also drove me back to Cleo's. Thank you again for the ride's, much appreciated!

That evening we wandered back towards Clarke quay which unlike the morning we arrived was bustling with lots of bars and restaurants filled with people socialising and was a great end to our stay in Singapore. ... and cloudy so we set off for a post breeze explore. Once again on a the very frequent and pleasant suburban train. Fremantle had the air of a much older settlement with many more preserved colonial buildings with lovely iron worked balconies. There were many more street musicians as well. Again most of the shops seemed to be independent places with none of the homogenous high street you get in the UK. We decided to celebrate ...
