Today was my first day in the city of Fremantle in Western Australia, this was my first time in WA and I had no idea what to expect. The tour finished with a visit to the gallows which was quite a strange room to be in knowing it had been used for executions. It was creepy! It was a really interesting experience visiting the prison, unbelievable to ...

... as we went to sit down. Food was great and, whilst the selection wasn't huge, it really tasted great. Following lunch we walked around Fremantle and headed up to the prison which has been a museum since 1991. The tour were quite expensive so we didn't take one, also knowing that the car park was very expensive and time was ticking on. The next leg of the drive was the longest, 2.5 hours heading towards Margaret River which would be our stop for the ...
