I've peaked early with the drinking and eating on this trip and we haven't even boarded the ship yet. There's a lot of cafes and restaurants around Fremantle and I feel like I've been into everyone of them. I'll have to come back and spend some time exploring the streets as the buildings are lovely. Next day Suzy took us to Kings Park which was beautiful, and then to Freemantle. Freemantle is great seeing the older Perth, and of course we had to go to the Maritime Museum to see the famous Australia II.
Perth also has a great wine region where we tasted honey, coffee and of course wines.
