    ... views both up and down the coast. Saw the Tweed Heads and then drove along the coastline checking out the beaches. We stopped in Coolangatta and got KFC and sat in the park having a picnic for lunch. We then walked for a bit along the beach front before heading to the park where the kids played and climbed trees.     3rd December

    After a slap up meal fuelled up and headed out to Great Keppel for the night. We had a look around the beach & the closed up resort, had a beer & a swim & headed back to the boat. Knew the storm was coming so knew we were safe & watched the goings on over Roslyn Bay. Unfortunately it did head our way tried to get some photos but not good enough and it was over in an hour.
