Andrew kindly gave me his sneakers to walk in to save my sensitive feet. The only problem is he has size 13 feet (compared to my size 7.5) so I looked like a clown hahaha. I thought I was about to vomit everywhere - I turned to Dais and said and she was like just breathe through your mouth. I couldn't really feel my head and before I knew it I'd passed out. I tried to remain conscious and I could hear everything going on but I just couldn't move. Apparently ...

Getting There Was Hell. Staying There, Paradise.

... Prada, Apple, Rolex, and Gucci lined the same avenue my hotel was on. The street performers, the honking, and the skyline covered in twenty story buildings hacked away at that peaceful paradise in my mind.

What I was expecting was a soul rejuvenating peace that I'd find in the toasted Hawaiian sand. What I found instead was so much better. I wasn't expecting the island to become so much a part of my heart that I couldn't bear to leave.

    More on that tomorrow.
