Cheap interiors

We checked into the Hapimag on January 15, 2005. I thought the condo was in a rough part of town. The area in Kissimmee that you have to drive through to get to the resort is run down and most of the hotels have permanent vacancy signs. The unit themselves from the outside look nice. When we went in they were very inexpensively furnished. Ours had been smoked in and the moldings around the floors and around the corners were very dirty and beat up. I walked right in and immediately told my husband I was not staying there. The lady at the front desk was extremely understanding and gave us a credit instantly. We told her our children have asthma, and we could not stay in a smoked in unit. We then checked into the Amerisuites at Caypso Cay. It was for only one night following our 8 night stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs. We are extremely discerning travelers. So, if you like Miami Vice furnishings enjoy. However, for someone traveling on a budget, it might be fine.

Loved Lake Berkley

We stayed here September 2003 and loved this fantastic spacious townhouse. It was very clean,modern and had every facility imaginable, including a very useful complimentary welcome pack with tea/coffee/cereal/washing powder/refuse sacks etc.The on site staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the 24hr security guards. It is a great location for all attractions and close to Walmart. We were too busy to use the amenities; pool,clubhouse etc but they all looked equally clean and cared for. We would definitely stay here again.

True 5 Stars

We stayed at the Hapimag Orlando during March spring break. Orlando was crowded but you couldn't tell at the Hapimag. Excellent facilities. We shared with another family and had plenty of room.

Condo style with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Washer and dryers and full kitchen if you choose to cook. Just no baking pans if you want to make instant cookies.

Love the security, serenity and the surroundings.

Yes the construction was kinda bad, but we learned the roads quickly and was on on the construction for 1/2 mile.

Super Wal-Mart is very convenient and so is pretty much everything. We didn't have to deal with the crowds and that was nice.

The best accomodation I have stayed in in Florida

I have been to Florida many times but this accomodation was the best. spacious townhouse with every facility you could ever need. Reassured by the 24 hour security and friendliness of the staff.

Would use this accomodation again, only complaint is that the sign from the road displays Hapimag and not Lake Berkley Resort, confusing for those not knowing it under this name.

Es war super,it was great

Came from Germany and have had a wonderfull time. A big family (8 Pers)had enough room and a wonderfull time in the Hapimag houses. Thank you

Now I know always to book ahome not a hotel

I found Lake Berkley by chance when I went on a trip to Walt Disney World. The houses are in a mediterranean style and are lovely. Lake Berkley is in central Kissimmee, east of Disney so close to all the theme parks. I enjoyed my stay there so much I actually bought a home on the resort before I left to go home!! Pool homes and townhomes are readily available as Hapimag only owns a few houses on the site and many more are privately owned. Now I can visit as often as I like and my friends and family can also use it.

The best time I had in a long time!

Hello, I went there on a refrence from a friend, This manager was, in charge of housekeeping, The bar manager, and with all that she was doing she still had time to watch me son, while I ran in my villa tto change after I spilled a drink on myself. To make it so amazing my son is 2.5 and he does not like anyone! She made him lagh and when ever we seen her he wanted her! The staff in the resort is amazing,The units are great, I only had to bring clothes, and food IT HAS EVERYTHING...

YOU GUYS HAVE A GOLD MINE JUST WITH THE STAFF ALONE! I WILL BE BACK!

Home away from home

This place was unbelievably huge inside! Located beside an beautiful orange grove. Magical memories upgraded us to an elite unit - 2 master bedrooms with full bathrooms in them, two bedrooms, a full bath and 1/2 bath, large kitchen, eating area and living room. The master bedroom upstairs had a balcony that looked out towards the pool and large grassy area. The lake was nice, volleyball courts, a large sandy area and playground. The condo was very clean but the carpets had a little to be desired. Other than that the place was very impressive. The hot tub was nice but the heated pool was not heated at all...too cold for the kids to stay in for a long period of time (but hot tub is big enough for a few kids to play in). Overall I would stay here again.

Home away from home

Absolutely a 'sleeper' vacation resort in the heart of Orlando/Kissimmee, just minutes away from all the attractions. We usually stay at Hotels that offer multi-bedroom / Kitchen / etc because of our 2 children, ages 1 and 3. We happened upon the Hapimag and decided to try it, much to our delight. For just a little above the price of a hotel room, we were pleased to find a 2-story / 3 Bedroom place that was just beautiful. These are not homes, but condos.

The service was very good, as we happened to arrive after 9pm, but found a letter at the front office with our name on it, and instructions on how to retrieve our key through an automated process.

We were also allowed a late check out with NO PROBLEM whatsoever, a request that we usually make, but seldom get the courteous response like we did with Hapimag.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Wonderful family resort

Eight ladies from my office decided to have a "girls" weekend and looked for a reasonable resort close to our homes in Orlando that would accomodate all of us in one unit. We found this resort thru RCI. We checked their website and decided to give them a call. After speaking to one of their managers, we chose this resort because they offered an entire house for a very very reasonable price. We stayed for three days, and it was one of the best resorts I have been to, and I have traveled to many all over the country and parts of the world.

The house had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and best of all our own private pool with jacuzzi (screened). It was a new home and came equiped with everything we needed except the food. We all had more than enough room to sleep and just relax. It is one of the cleanest resorts I have ever been to, and I have recommended it to all of my out of town guests, and even locals who just want to get away.

Hapimag gets my vote for one of the best places to stay in Orlando, close to all of the attractions, but nestled in a secluced area (gated) with wonderful landscaping. The 3 day week end cost each of us $40.00 total. You can't beat that.
