I was rudely awakened by a gremlin in an air hostess uniform telling me to put my seat up as we were preparing for landing.. I must have had about 3 hours of rest but I was grateful even for that. It was a slow landing made rather more painful by my inability to acclimatize to the air pressure so I sat there in a daze rotating my jaw in unnatural ways until we finally hit Newark.
