    ... our cell phones or a lot of money because you could be robbed. There is a lot of robbers in the counrty and will rob you if you are not careful. We went to many of the beautiful beaches in the country. We went to the main beaches in La Romana like Dominicus, and Bayahibe. We went to the popular white sand beaches in Punta Cana and we even went to private beaches in Samana in the north of the country. I would recommened any of the beaches.

    ... has had some tests done over the last few months, but just found out a couple of days ago that it is a tumour, which is causing swelling in one of the ventricles in his brain. If you look more closely, you can see the swelling of the ventricle quite easily behind his right ear...I had just never noticed it in class before. He had been complaining of headaches for the last few weeks, but I didn't really think anything ...

    ... second day, I travel between 2 bateyes to go to 2 different schools that have smaller populations. I finish my classes by noon, and then I flag down a bus (or if I've been waiting a long time and it's too hot - a motoconcho) to head back to Consuelo.
