Started in a place called Stampede inside and something completely different outside. Pretty ordinary so we had a beer and went looking for somewhere else. Both boozed up, neither wanting to make a decision, we walked aimlessly around and finally just went into the next place we came to and then we realised we were back in Stampede.

The Student's Tale
... quaint little town with fantastic, fun history. Dickens, Austen, Marlowe, Shakespeare, Chaucer - all these great literary names once visited/roamed the streets of Canterbury. Such a history as this of course makes it a fabulous place to visit!
I left Canterbury with a smile and spent the rest of the night watching The King's Speech for school and hanging out with friends, but I shall never nor could ever forget my day in the footsteps of literature in Canterbury.
