... the stand up paddleboarders ("sup"- ers) and the guys on boogey boards being tossed around by the dumpers – they are mad!!!! Mooloolaba is a lovely beach with the caravan park right at the beach but we are finding that these parks are making a killing - $96 for 2 nights seems a bit extreme to us, especially since it is quite an ordinary park – no special

Daryl: i felt sick! ...

... and very clean with strange red headed turkeys roaming the streets with protected status. Our new place to stay is swanky, definitely the best place I've stayed all of travels with pristine white modern rooms and open glass showers. Left ma and of to go for a drink on the beach whilst we got the food shopping in. Shopping hungry isn't a good idea especially when we were walking all the stuff back over hills! Had a sauna and ate ...

... with the real world. The whole experience was meant to be 'getting back to nature' but that is no excuse for the state the camp was in. The kitchen felt like disease and filth. Flies lived in the scum smeared fridge buzzing around you when it opened letting you know it was their territory. The fridge was like an animal letting off the stench of it's breath when it's jaws were opened. This is where our food would have to live so I used all the plastic bags I could find ...
