... list and then swiftly ticking them off. Whilst in Byron I went on a snorkelling trip out to an area called Julian Rocks, which is one of the best places in the area to see amazing sea creatures, and above all sea turtles. After a rocky boat trip over to the snorkelling area, I was feeling incredibly seasick. Seasickness is not something that normally affects me, but this was one choppy ocean and I could not wait to jump off that boat and get into the water. Concentrating hard ...

I spent the next day relaxing, went to see the wreck beach and watched the surfers do their thing (they make it look so easy!). There was also a pretty cool night market. Other than that the main highlight was having a TV in my room and good weather so that's basically all I did. Shower.tv.beach.repeat. Spent a night in Brisbane which was fine- and enough. It's **** being somewhere for a night cause I get really lazy and can't be ...

... was at a crazy panicked hyperventilating rate! I don't care if it's "very rare" for shark attacks, I'm scared of not knowing what's there... It doesn't matter if there's never been an attack there ever- there's a first for everything. I always imagine a great white coming for me too! The tour is sold as a dolphin watching tour so they make the promise that you will see them or get to go again for free! We didn't see them :( so I booked on to go again the next ...
