      ... arrangement of covered pools with temperatures ranging from a chilly 24C (popular with people emerging from the nearby steam sauna) to a high of 40C. The underground pools weren't too crowded and mind for a nice escape from the more busy open air pools. We found the perfect pool temperature to be 32C (89F). We spent about 4 hours here relaxing and would highly recommend the trip to anyone staying in Budapest for a few days! We closed out our last night in Budapest ...

      Goodbye Prague....... We're off to Budapest today on quite a long drive. We left Prague at 9 am, stopped for a break before arriving in Bratislava (capital of Slovakia ) for a scrumptious lunch.       ... us! We arrived at our very orange Easyhotel too early to check in so we left our heavy bags with them while went to explore Pest. We managed to find a souvenir market where I was very taken with a wooden spoon with a moustached face cut out....which has turned out to be my only souvenir from Budapest! We ended up doing a huge loop of the city across the chain bridge which joins Buda and Pest together, and learnt to avoid the trams and how to use their zebra crossing systems. We ...
