    ... in the mornings, headed to the rugby, came back and had some drinks and got ready, and headed back out for the evenings antics. For both days at the 7s we dressed up, as did everyone else. Along with this I had to have a routine flu shot, which is when the nurse tried to encourage and reinforce my decision to get immunised by telling me that more than 80% of adults in industrialised countries have not maintained their immunisation status. I believe most of these are already covered in school so I doubt many if any students will need to get their vaccines updated or improved.

    ... than Heather and I ever thought. It is most definitely a summer tourist town. Lots of beach and lots of shopping. We arrived around 8:30am and were directed to the hostel. We thought we might have a chance of checking in so we went to the reception desk. Let's just say first impressions were not the greatest.
