Aegean Airlines flight to Heraklion late leaving but made up a bit of time. Collected our hire car then drove to Rethymnon - about 90 mins. Room 111 at Rimondi Boutique Hotel was on the top floor, lots of stairs to access but spacious & private. Met up with David & Sue about 3:30 & had a few drinks, watched their Seabourn ship depart then we walked around the old town a little before having a nice seafood dinner at one of the many cafes lining the old Venetian ...

As we write this, already we ...

Whilst up on the deck sunbathing Sean gets roped in to represent nz in the Mr Olympia competition, after a series of competitions including muscle flexing and kissing as many girls in 30 seconds it ends with racing back to our cabin and dressing as a female (pic attached), ...

It's too easy for these years to roll off your tongue without understanding them. As the time of Julius Ceasar is to us so the time of King Minos was to Julius Ceasar. Four thousand years ago the Minoan people built the Palace of Knossos from soft local stone. They built the hydraulic system to pipe fresh spring water six miles through terracotta pipes into their palace. They built a palace of 1400 rooms, so large, complex and ...
