Today's reruns of choice were episodes of NCIS, conveniently screened on the same channel as the Law & Order marathon from yesterday. Now we may have still had leftovers, and we may have still been chilling around the hotel until mid afternoon.

We did decide however, that since we had so much time to spare and had explored most of the town already (think of Rutland as like a Bunbury with mountains), that we should start packing ...

Peace out from Rutland, Vermont ...

To top off our day of chillaxing, we spent the rest of the night watching re-runs of Full House and Friends before dozing in and out of the land of nod. Peace out from Vermont ...

... people in this country that can fill that role better than I can. I'm sure I fill roles that they don't wish to be a part of. It takes all kinds of kinds, and I'm bummed Patrick refuses to see that. I hope that he has a safe trip to Boston, and it's a more enjoyable ride now that the arguing has come to an end. I took the 6-minute ferry across the river to Vermont. He stayed to check out Fort Ticonderoga. We haven't talked since. Vermont is so hilly ...
