I’m laughing at myself as I feel the sore inner thigh muscle I slightly pulled in Jill’s Wednesday AM yoga class this morning. We did a hamstring class that built up to Hanuman, the Monkey God pose, aka a split. I could not get near a split as a child and I was surprised at where my body went today.
