We had about 20 minutes to float around in the hot springs before our boat sounded its horn to indicate we needed to head back.

Our next stop was the island of Thirasia where we had a (too long) stop of two hours. We had lunch at Captain John’s, which Monica recommended. It was a “self-service” restaurant and we found Monica was helping to serve the portions. Does she work there ...

After our debacle with the ferries, we now had half a day to see everything we possibly could in Santorini, before boarding our next ferry in the morning to Ios. If nothing else, lack of time teaches you to prioritise! There was no need (or time) to float around and randomly explore the island, we had a jam-packed itinerary that consisted of re-visiting what we considered to be the best that Santorini could offer. So, we arrived just before 1pm and by 1:30pm we were checked ...

I then asked him if I should be taking any pills. He said ``Sure, why not?`` and he prescribed 3 drugs:
    1) Pain killer number 1
    2) Pain killer number 2
(Instructions: If number 1 doesn`t work, take number 2)

    3) A pill to ensure that my stomach does not object to this prescriptive assault.
