We again rode the cable car back to the port and boarded the small ferry which tendered the remaining guests back to the ship. ... prawns too! Then we had a swim, the sand was black at this beach. We caught the bus back to our hotel and then walked back into town for dinner and a drink to watch another lovely sunset.  Santorini was a very nice place but can be very busy with the tourists, especially when there are many cruise ships pulling in. It is also a really romantic island and you see many couples watching those beautiful sunsets. The next day we got the ferry to Paros ...

The ferry to Santorini was only about 2hrs on a fast catamaran style boat about 40m long. We boarded and took our seats at the back. ...
