PARTY! arrived in surfers and found out it was the backpackers night out- 30 dollars for free booze and entry-score! we even got a bbq. All for the free food. During happy hour ellie and i shared a bottle of wine-better than goon but still didn't taste that nice, our standards of wine have improved since South Africa. We had really good time and danced the night away! Ended with a walk back to the hostel along the beach at 4am, not a bad end to a night out! Now on the road to Byron ...

cycle specific track at Runaway Bay Sporting Complex. Ok, for the scenery you have to think like a gold fish but it was the best for the time I had available.

But it didn’t take long for things to change. It was almost like Melbourne weather because by late in the morning the rain started to come down and it didn’t really stop till early Thursday morning. We ended up heading to ...

... have our picture taken and collect our pass. We put our bag in a locker and went to look around the park. The first ride we came across was the motorbike roller coaster so decided to go on. It was like the jet ski roller coaster at Seaworld but with motorbikes and not as good. We then went on Tower of Terror 2, I was a little nervous as had seen the height from the outside. We got straight on the ride and it was amazing. The ride shoots you backwards at 160kmph and goes through ...
