... the easiest way up through the brambles. With Roger giving us a hand up and Bill supervising from the "rear"...we all managed to scramble up each obstacle as we approach the flank of the ridge. Then we began the climb over the stoney mountain side. There are often some parts of the hike when you focus more carefully on where you will make each footstep than admiring the scenery. There was time to admire the view later.

... the resort. There is a large pool, exercise studio, spa area with saunas and jacuzzi, assessment room, gym, beauty treatment center, plus a large TV Room, education room, several cozy lounges, the juice bar and of course the dining room and a covered dining area outdoors.

... which I've dramatised somewhat, not being in a car and having a solar panel on board I'd recently bolted to the roof rack, I spotted just in front of me a large piece of metal strewn across the lane, over a metre long and 20 by 20 cm square.
