... chair shop on the way so spent quite a bit of time there before a rather indifferent but alternative lunch with a German twist. I imagine it caters for the hoards of Dutch and German occupants of the surrounding flats and camps. Quite glad to leave as far too near ...

Hello...we're back!

Yes, we were here once before last fall. Lars and I booked a two week stay in late September. It was meant to be a healthy gift to each other in celebration of our first wedding anniversary and our birthday with are only a few days apart.

If you look back I think you find an entry around that time.

Unfortunately we had to leave for business reasons after only one week so we "banked" the second week to use in 2015. ...

It is almost two months since I was hanging about in Dorset waiting to get the van fixed, and now I am hanging about in Spain for the same reason. The Truma Boiler company in Germany have appeared to be helpful and efficient and after I contacted them on Friday 13th , the following Monday they shipped the parts out to Spain (I should have known that date wouldn't be auspicious). The plan was that I would have the parts fitted on Friday ...

... to consult the office and came back and said 'no'. I then asked if I could pay for express delivery of the part, the engineer went to consult the office and came back and said 'no'. I then suggested we should both go to the office to continue the conversation but he said 'no'. I asked for a solution but he had none. ... and chocolate for breakfast which was delicious! There was a museum of the history of chocolate making and of that particular factory. After they had shown us around there we were allowed to walk through the factory but there wasn't too much to see in there. After that we went into the factory's chocolate shop where there were free samples (yummy!!) and we bought some chocolate that was made there.
