      ... looked like I’d be a no show.

      Around 5.30 there was still no sign of a break through on Spirit's maintenance problems so I bit the bullet and bought a $440 one way ticket to Miami on a Copa flight which was leaving at 7pm. Once that was confirmed I had one of the girls at the desk refund the cost of my Spirit flight.
