    ... the journey boasts panoramic views of the Gold Coast hinterland. It was simply breath-taking. We arrived at the rainforest retreat at 1:15pm and we were immediately greeted by a red-feathered parakeet. It isn't afraid of humans at all as it was walking amongst us.
