    ... The next meeting was with Thomas Cook on Skype which was mostly about the visa landscape in India. They talked about how most embassies are outsourcing their administrative services to VFS which saves time and cost. I also asked them if they have loyal customers and they assured me that being a 150 years old company, customers have built that trust with Thomas Cook and that's why they keep coming back.

    Arrived in Venice Saturday which is a destination I enjoy,maybe as it is surrounded by water.     Camp Ksamil proved to be a tricky one for parking. It consists of a single storey building with the pillars and reinforcing in place to extend upwards.
