... nature tour. and saw many different pods of dolphins (with three babies) and phoebe was welcomed on the boat as well. they also dropped a net to see what they could get off the laguna madre floor and brought up rays, crabs, shrimp, squid, fish, and a slug that sprays ink. fascinating.

there is so much variety of birds here it is amazing. out on south padre island and also inland up the rio grande ...

... down the street, and tapped me on the shoulder saying “Senior
you didn’t pay for your pedicure”! I expressed surprise, and asked him how much
it was, to which he replied $12.00. I laughed and he laughed, and I went back
in and settled up and then went over to the red tent for another margarita, and

We had the beginning of our six pack weekend here in Brownsville today…three shows on Saturday, three shows on Sunday. Whew… We woke up at 7am with full intentions of getting right to work and crossing things off the list. But I hit the snooze twice and then we HAD to drink coffee and talk about the day.
