It was an incredible experience to be that close to an alligator in it's natural habitat, we even got to catch a glimpse of an alligator nest filled with hatch-lings. I actually did get to touch one, surprisingly they are really smooth! The texture of their skin makes them look rough and scaly but it's the exact opposite. It was a fun and informative trip, even my mom was glad she tagged along. ...
