... 4.1 litres/100 kms by the time we reached Perpignan on the coast. Most of this provincial road had a 90 km/h posted speed limit, so we weren’t doing more than 100 km/h!

There were some interesting rocky outcrops and sheer cliff mountainsides as the road wound its way up and down river valleys.

Obviously good cycle training terrain though, as every road off the one we were on went upwards!

... find a buckle, it is too small but Im hoping I can make something out of it tomorrow.

I found my hostel after more walking and when asked to pay, realized I left my credit card at the store... more walking, more patience being tested and this time I was more irked. It worked out though.

I met some Brazillian people and we walked and walked and walked..... im so tired. And I had my first Tapas which are just mini meals pretty much and gelado. Some how I lost 40 euros ...

... seating. After the Museum, I had a look in the gift shop but there was nothing there that interested me, so I left the site.

The Metro was a bit more crowded on the way back, but not uncomfortably so. Again, no issues with pickpockets. When I exited the Passeig de Gracia station, I finally found out where it was located. If I had continued one block further past Plaza Catalunya, I would have found it. I’ll note that for future reference.
