      Liverpool

What can I say about Liverpool? It is a port city, historical, industrial city. It has a lot of full bars, even on a Sunday. And that's not a good thing From what iv seen its a hard working town. From what I read, Liverpool is a very safe city. It doesn't ...

      What a romantic city!

Liverpool was a balance between York and Manchester. The city life definitely accessible but it was still cosy and romantic. We enjoyed walking along the docks and looking at the ships moored along the shore of the river whilst devouring some epically delicious homemade fudge!

Highlights definitely include the evening spent at the Cavern Club singing and dancing to Beatles tribute songs and the Tuk Tuk drive through the city.

... very odd if I don't use them now. Impressed with myself that I've not fallen off yet because I couldn't get my feet unclipped in time.... - perhaps I've not been trying hard enough. Am planning on taking a spare pair with me - TDA say don't bother, but have been out mountain-biking in the past and had a pedal break on a borrowed bike - not much fun having to walk most of the way back over the moors - so once burnt etc....
