... just cooked ribs and risotto? Have I mentioned the authentic Italian restaurant,"Risario's" next door? Their Lasagna is to DIE for and even their salad is topped with two handfuls of grated cheese. Breakfast at Schooner or Later. You can order massive Bloody Mary's and ( my choice) a 32 oz mimosa. Who want's to stop drinking after a plate of a Spanish omelet and a morning buzz?!

... taxi, to give us a tour of old Havana... He was very nice, took us to the San Jose market for craft, showed us the Capitol building (very similar to the Capitol in the US) and the to China town... Yes there is a China town... The Chinese left in the revolution, but there traditions and legacy remain... There are the gates and the village... You can tell that the city was very advanced for its day... Modern technology ...
