... few days after we left that we realised that lovely medical establishment had all of our paperwork and we had no idea what needed to happen next. Emails ensued from New Zealand asking the whereabouts of the paperwork and reality set in that, yet again, we hadn't fully understood the instructions and were in a mild panic to try and get all of our results back from the clinic and posted a mere 12,000 miles to Auckland now in less than a week. I managed to spot the mountains of Corsica then the weather really cleared as we crossed the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees; the good views continued and I saw the Eastenders map come to life as we flew over London. The sun was shining as we flew ...

... congenial row companions (too stingy to pay for reserved seats!). We had great views of the Alps but particularly of Mt Etna in Sicily, snow-clad in the sunshine and very visible against the bright blue sky – my neighbours were very kind & let me take pictures whilst leaning past them.
