      Absolutely gorgeous. I feel like a movie star in this hotel room! Our view is phenomenal over the Brisbane river. We took the kids from Burleigh on a train to Brisbane which was super easy to figure out. We checked into the hotel, and then went to the pool.       Australia continues to impress.

      We landed at the Sunshine Coast airport, a quaint little airport that felt like we were stepping back in time. Our rental car was right outside the door and yes it was another giant beast of a van. Looks like I'll need to tackle driving this monster. After a quick half hour drive we arrived at our new home. Whilst we were sorting out our stuff, within 5 minutes the weather went from sunny and hot to a storm that resembled the epicenter of a hurricane.       ... to find joes tartan painted on a lamp post, saw the big prawn at Ballina, before pulling into Byron Bay for lunch.
