    Absolutely gorgeous. I feel like a movie star in this hotel room! Our view is phenomenal over the Brisbane river. We took the kids from Burleigh on a train to Brisbane which was super easy to figure out. We checked into the hotel, and then went to the pool.     ... so
    drunk youth wearing suits, facepaint, dresses and medals were walking
    and weaving all over the place. It was only 20.15 and they were a
    whole linen cupboard's amount of sheets to the wind. Random drunk and
    sober visitors walked past, but the students were the most
    entertaining. There were matching green Hawaiian shirts and one group
    passed, about 20 people, and each one was carrying a bottle of wine.

    ... an Eastern grey kangaroo Liana and I saw yesterday. She had a
    small stream of pus on her face, so Liana was going to have her
    darted and checked out today. I talked with one of the hospital
    workers in the Feed Shed after I noticed the flyer (female kangaroo,
    also called a jill or doe) on the hospital floor with a sheet on her
    head. Nat, the woman, said there were several bones broken in her
