The sun has set on my last full day here in Turkey. After completing all my office work in Yalova I have spent all day yesterday and today sightseeing in Istanbul. Today was Food & Rugs!
... and if traffic wasn’t bad enough before now add all those tour buses taking visitors to see the sights. The streets in the Old Town are so narrow the 48 passenger buses can hardly make the corners. This slows down traffic even more than normal so as much as Istanbul likes the tourism dollars the cruise ship have a habit of paralyzing the city when they are in port.
