It's now only 2 sleeps until my great adventure begins . . . a 3 week trip to China! There's a few words which describe how I feel about it, including 'I can't wait!!' and 'what was I thinking?!', though I'm mostly excited.It's come round so fast, I can't quite believe I'm getting on a plane in less than 48 hours. So we're starting this little trip tomorrow.

I guess it's only right to start a little record of all the events that follow. There are a number of reasons for this. One is so people know where we are, and also so somewhere down the line, when nostalgia strikes, I can read this back and judge my use of the English language.
