This bar didn't serve tap water, and so we just didn't order drinks. But because the wait was so long, the woman at the bar gave us any drink on the house - that was a plus! ... Hill and meet Scott Dawson and partner Gosia for brunch at Happenstance. Lunch and conversation lasted for 3.5 hours.
With such a large lunch we opted for another picnic at Bill and Joyce's apartment for a light dinner - all purchased at Mark's and Spencer.
That was a delightful picnic of 4 cheeses, ham, salami, melon, olives, a Chablis and a Cabernet.

seeing another soul. The only sound we could hear was the disquieting
roar of howler monkeys. If you haven't heard them before they sound
almost exactly like roaring dinosaurs despite being about a foot high.
and the Aussie's Mexican wife, who ran the hostel's decent Mexican
restaurant, was our main compadre for the Netherlands v Mexico World Cup
game giving the game a bit of extra er spice, and holland won 2-1.
