Next was the London hen do, all I knew was an address and a time. With mum, Claire and Pam we headed up on the train. Walking to venue as no taxi seemed to pass us by despite my ridiculous shoes. We make it through what I can only describe as a council estate and park to a canal side warehouse. A see the sign at the same time of smelling the sweet aroma, chocolate making!! ... ate very well for reasonably priced meals. Like in New York, you don't have to spend a lot on food here. The beers were great and it was nice to have some flavorful beer after 2 weeks of Efes in Turkey. And the beer prices were almost the same! Sheesh.

We picked our neighborhood partly because of the Vault Festival. It's an annual event in the vaults underneath Waterloo station. It seems to be an arts incubator type of thing. ...
