... away from the tower. I felt so bad for the woman working; there were only two and they were sweating trying to serve the afternoon rush. This bar didn't serve tap water, and so we just didn't order drinks. But because the wait was so long, the woman at the bar gave us any drink on the house - that was a plus! For lunch, Tom got Fish N' Chips and I got a Club sandwich. Both were great! Although you don't tip, we left them 3 pounds and I wrote them a note that said "Awesome ...

... Hill and meet Scott Dawson and partner Gosia for brunch at Happenstance. Lunch and conversation lasted for 3.5 hours.
With such a large lunch we opted for another picnic at Bill and Joyce's apartment for a light dinner - all purchased at Mark's and Spencer.
That was a delightful picnic of 4 cheeses, ham, salami, melon, olives, a Chablis and a Cabernet.
Here are some pictures of the day.
Tomorrow we are off to the London Eye.

... was lovely (oh yeah London have teaching assistants, it feels weird ordering around a lady that is my mum's age) the class size was a whopping 33, so many English kids running around! seeing another soul. The only sound we could hear was the disquieting

and the Aussie's Mexican wife, who ran the hostel's decent Mexican
restaurant, was our main compadre for the Netherlands v Mexico World Cup
game giving the game a bit of extra er spice, and holland won 2-1.
