      ... a few clouds in 25 days of sunny skies and lofty temps. Hopefully as we wend our separate ways North this weekend, the last of the snow will have vanished up north and we can break out the gardening tools and the Miata for the joys of spring in Niagara.
      When I'm old and infirm and not able to do this any more, somebody please remind me that I had a fabulous time, the best possible winter in 2015, while I was still able for it!

      Decided to walk the causeway to Clearwater beach for our exercise of the day. We tend to walk the beach out there a few times a week so thought it might be fun...Tour boats and recreational boats are just heading out ...At noon when we head back to Dunedin the entire mile and a half of the causeway is backed up with people driving over to the beach...and trying to find parking...Sunday ...

      ... of reminded me of the area around the Phoenix arena..
      Amalie arena is very nice ....holds over 19000 people and we weren't surprised to see a terrific show of red jerseys on the streets prior to game time. Also, we were treated to a performance of an Irish band just outside the doors
      Gametime- the fans around us were a mix of hometown and many québécois Canadians ...all in good spirits..We sat up in the third tier ...

      ... which he macheted down and peeled the outer covering. You chew on it suck the juice then spit out the stringy pulp. Nice and sweet! The rats here also like to climb up the stalks and then chew and damage the stalks.

      Luckily after complete bed rest , Russell was now feeling better and more comfortable sitting and a little walking.

      Been to the gym with Sue and had breakfast all by 8 am Sue been up on deck sunbathing I have been to the casino and put 10$ in a slot machine and won 60$ all in the space of 5 minutes so I banked it and came away.... Probably go and loose it all ...
