So with many a phone call, lots of emails and around a dozen documents to print out - the case is on it's way. We now just have to hope it gets there in one piece - what are the odds of it getting there before us, and even more important before the ship sails.

So just two cases and some hand luggage left to pack, better find those socks!

... really pretty. There's Beatles music playing constantly and there's Beatles stuff everywhere without it being cheesy or overwhelming. It's right around the corner from Mathew Street, which is where the Cavern Club is located, where The Beatles did something like 275 shows in the span of just a few years. ... seeing the family again and spending time with little Kiera as we missed her birth by hours before we left for USA. No strings attached to us this time on travelling which i hope will make it even better than before. Keep you updated with our travels as we go. Whooooopppppeeeee.

To enter the club you have to go down about two floors of stairs, and then you enter a quite big cave. On early evenings the scene is open to everyone able to play guitare, and people play old beatles standards, will other join them in singing. Really nice athmosphere ...

... cycled around town and I even asked staff at cycle shops but they all had no idea. Great! Even after being given some dubious directions, still no luck. This wasted about an hour cycling time so eventually I decided to head out of town along the A57. I met a cyclist and his son, they said they could take me to a cycle track that would lead on to Route 62. After a few miles I ended up at the Reddish Vale Nature Reserve and Information Centre. ... Liverpool play Fulham. In front of a sold-out crowd and with an atmosphere which is pretty much impossible to describe, the mighty Reds ran out 5-1 winners and we even saw Robbie 'God' Fowler score his first goal for the club since returning home - just a few metres from where we were sitting in fact. We are here in Liverpool until Monday then we are off to Manchester for another six nights. We are getting around in buses which is ridiculously cheap - just £5 ...

John took me to Blackpool. He may have wanted to show me a UK beach resort. The street along the beach was full of decorations. I took a picture of his profile in the car. It was just a memory of Blackpool. We were on the way from Preston, where we met his old friend, and John talked about the word "love", because people there used "love" meaning "you" very often, when they talk to someone, like "Good morning, love!". That sounded awkward to him.
