My first day in New York City! I'm so excited. Even though I've only had a few hours sleep, I still wake up around 7. I get organized, and then go downstairs to check out the hotel's free breakfast. Was pretty good! Had some turkey and egg white muffins, some yoghurt and orange juice.

A nice early morning start today - although the alarm was set for 5:00 am, I woke at 2:00, 245, 3:15. 4:00 4:30 and 4:58. For some reason I was convinced the alarm would not go off - despite both of the phones being set.
