We both woke way too early again but there was little chance of getting out for a walk. It was grey, cold and windy. Our cabbie from the yesterday had laughed that there is one thing you don't need in Scotland and that is 'sunglasses’.

... tonight for my mother inlaws birthday which she will have in another week. Unfortunately she wasn't particularly hungry being sick, however she didn't miss much as it wasn't such great food anyway. ... lots and lots of rain. Hoping to find some souvenirs, we went to the mall close by....no luck.....sooooo, we went to another shopping center. Again, we didnt have much success.

Because not much went on this day I am going to keep it short....Edinburgh Castle was very cool (crown jewels were a sight). We had no problems with our bus ride----grabbed some Kabobs before we left.
