... I tried to read by the pool, but it was too chilly (because of the wind and clouds) so we went back into the condo and played Scrabble. Boy, we were within 10 points the whole game. We're really closely matched.

... I was sitting in his spot, because he would jump right up on my lap to get a better view. One of Scarlet's tricks was to run her boat around in a slow circle - she said the dolphins like playing in the bubbles and, sure enough, they did.

It was a beautiful day out there - 26 degrees. Scarlet said she calls it "adventure on the low seas", because the water is so shallow in the canal. It was a 10 out of 10 day. :o)

Our condo is about 1/2 block to the beach on the gulf side. The beach at SPI is ranked as one of America's top ten. The sand is like flour, but the surf packs down a nice surface for walking. There are thousands of shells washed up on shore, as well as occasional other creatures like jellyfish.
