... before we had a seafood lunch. That night, we were invited by a local Italian couple to their house for what can only be described as the world's best pizza tea (Yumm...). Enzo and Vinni have a large outdoor dinning area, complete with their very own commercial size pizza oven, and after 30 years in the bakery business, they know a thing or two about making pizza dough. ... a lazy day spent on the esplanade as next to the lagoon are huge grass areas with bbq's set up so people just hang out there all day. It's gets so hot in the sun that I actually get in the lagoon which is pretty chilly at first, but soon I acclimatize and have a good swim.
