And so it ends, a most excellent adventure! I can't wait to start thinking about my next trip, I definitely want to go back to Thailand as well. SO people - the world isn't a theme park, grab your passport and GET OUT THERE! You will be glad you did!

We ended the night walking about 2kms kicking a block of ice from the city center to home. We must have had at least 200 kicks each until Linda decided to kick it down a drain in the gutter.......and she calls herself a PE Teacher...........I think she needs to get back to school and practice all day so that she is prepared for the next snow city in Denver!

... how it went (Your thinking did she beat him???) but it was fun before leaving. They also moved the Rocky statue to the location recently so we grabbed a few pics of that one too. The temp at this location was 28 Degrees........roughly -2 Celcius.

Andy and Krista then dropped us both off at the Bus stop and we said our goodbyes. It was great to spend a few days with these guys. As Linda said "It was like home away from home", except for the temperature, the snow and a 3 storey ...

loved the flight, and the hospitality of the BA business class experience. I even had a facial as I though it would be done by a dolly. Then some big gay guy came out to 'facial' me. I was petrified. I have to say that he did a really good job though!!

I REALLY made the most of the free champagne and wine on the flight too. Legs were a bit wobbly on my return to the good old US and A!

... I took the ferry back Faneuil Hall and caught the Government City green line back to the hotel. I had enough time to shower before Chris came home and we walked to a nearby Afghani restaurant named "Helmand" (after an Afghan province) where we had dinner with Chris' work colleague Joel and his wife Brenda. I actually like the food, all except for the vegetable soup which was almost all oil.

... Red Sox v LA Angels. Not as fun as the game we watched in Houston but still pretty cool. This town is fanatical about the Red Sox. I saw one of the big baseball stars driving his Ferrari to Fenway Park which is the baseball stadium in Boston. I knew he was famous because everyone was cheering and mobbing his car. ... We started off on the upper deck trolley tour, passing Bunker Hill Monument, City Hall, Boston Common, and to Cambridge where we got off to do a separate Cambridge Trolley Tour. This took us around Harvard and MIT. We then got back on the trolley tour to the original Cheers bar. We then walked over to Fenway Park (home of the Boston red socks) which turned out to be a hell of a walk in the belting sun! We just managed to catch the last tour ...

Dnes sme od desiatej rano mali len jeden smer: i90 East. Isli sme, isli a isli sme. A ked sa uz nedalo ist dalej boli sme 400 mil (650km) na vychod v Bostone v Messachusse.
Cesta sem na vychod nam trvala 10 hodin. Boli sme v zopar zapchach.
Dnes prenocujeme v hoteli Hampton Inn a zajtra ideme na prehliadku mesta.

Last FRIDAY was my day off
Instead of taking advantage of the oppurtunity for well needed rest, I went into the city to explore.
Myself and Kayla, moriah and Leisl were planning to meet at Head Quarters at 6:45 to drive 20 minutes to the train station for the 7:20 train into Boston
moriah is a local, Kayla drove us and Leisl is the other token aussie.
So I get to bed later than i wanted ... again.. and my phone dies through the night ...
