    ... haven’t seen everything. There is approx 70 stops on the 2 day Dubai circuit and if you got off and spent an hour at each place …….. well, that’s more than two days to start with and that’s not including the time to go between each one.     ... as to exactly where the restaurant would be. We came across a few little places on the road, way more than anything on the boardwalk but in the end we just cut our losses and ate at one of the few shops near where we were staying so in the end we tried this place that looked like a Middle Eastern KFC or Maccas, it was called Shawarmanji and basically it was a Kebab shop franchise.

    ... meals ever, with real cutlery. I didn't find the movie system as easy to navigate as other airlines, and didn't think the selection was as good either - I could only find two movies I wanted to watch. They did have multi fit three pin plugs on the seat backs though, which the NZ plugs fitted into. In hindsight, I should have watched a movie or two on my iPad, as the 7 1/2 hour flight did seem a long one. I had a wee nap, but Ron didn't, ...

    ... you do if you arrive and no one picks you up? You are about as tired as can be and how will you find a place to sleep you can afford as hotel costs in Dubai are very high. So it was a somewhat worrisome time for me.
