The Curtis School and recital hall are historic in their own right.. probably a couple of hundred years old, and quite beautiful with full wood panelling in the foyer and the hall. Then we went to the service desk to see what seats we had for our long flight. There was one business class seat allocated to me, the last one on the flight. Very lucky, even though I really wanted to stay with Peter. When she was giving me the boarding pass she said, "This ...

... line and when we got on, we didn’t realize it was an express train. It took us 80 blocks up to Harlem and after the first stop, went about 45 blocks without stopping! That was my longest subway ride without a stop. So we walked around 125th and saw the Apollo theater and decided to get some Soul food. Yelp helped us find Jacob’s on 129th. It was an amazing buffet where you pay by the pound. We were not disappointed.
