So this was it. The end, el finito, our last official cycling day of the US tour. ... prefer beach locations, but the beach was not near downtown, so we did what we could with our options and had fun. Shortly after, I was off to the airport while Claire stayed for another day. I arrived Seattle at nearly midnight and went to work the next morning at 6:00 and was very tired, but well worth it. Claire and I haven't had much time to travel this summer. We have only had one getaway (Boston) in the last 4 months.
