... slow motion and nothing you can do to help. There are these poles in the middle of the trail to prevent cars from driving on the trails and someone ran smack into it and flipped over the bike. She ended up being fine other than a cut chin and a big fright. Glad I brought the spray I was given to for my knee so I can be of a bit of help. She was a trooper and got back on and we continued the ride. Had nice conversation with fellow bikers as we traveled through this nice town. ...

Here we thought the mosquitos had been massacred, but turns out there was still one left last night. No problem though, Dmitriy just ninja killed it in his sleep, which we found out in the morning when he awoke to see the carnage still on his hand and pillow. ... but it was actually quite nice. The room was on the top floor, and was veeeery small. Pretty much had room for a bed in the main room and a loo which a long legged person would have had a hard time sitting on. But it was clean and it was 5 minuets walk out of the city center so it was good enough for us!
