We started to look in the 2 museum sections explaining the lead up to the war and then after our tour. the one explaining the attack on Pearl Harbour. It was very well done with models, actual artefacts, photos, interactives and videos.
    The tour itself was 75-minutes long beginning with a 25-minute documentary film and then the boat trip out to the Memorial where you could stay for 30 mins ...

    ... hungry!!! So we went for a late lunch /early dinner down at the Cheesecake Factory on the strip, it was good to be all together. We couldn't fit in a cheesecake so we took a slice home.     ... try to get over our bugs. We use the stairs everywhere, going down is always easier than going up, and sometimes if we have drinks or food in our hand, we have to multi task by also balancing while the ship is rocking. All this walking and stair climbing has to be doing us some good.

    After Makapu'u Point Lighthouse, we needed sustenance and hydration. Food and drink, as soon as possible. We stumbled, quite literally, on a golf club with a very nice restaurant and we sampled the local food. Immerse yourself in the culture. The burgers and club sandwich were great.
