      ... to a scooby doo spooky ride thanks to caleb we had to I freaked out !!!! I think I might have nightmares about that stuff like witches, axes, monsters , and things like that. We also went swimming in all the pools and the spa!!! I have added some photos. Oh!! I forgot, while we where in movie world we had ice cream and sorbet. So Check In tomorrow ...

      So today we decided just to take it easy since it was our last day and we had pretty much done everything we wanted to already plus we had to do washing which there was a huge pile of :) After finishing all of that we went back to Robina and wandered around the huge shopping centre there. My amazing husband bout me a beautiful new watch so I think I did pretty well out of the shopping trip :) after having lunch ...

      ... and decided it wasn't really my thing so I enjoyed the sun on the beach while Martin stayed out there for the next couple hours having quite a few good runs and an equal amount of epic failures like yours truly. We had booked the board until 4pm and ended up returning it around 3:30 before grabbing some dinner and heading out of town. We stopped just outside of Byron Bay for the night.

      ... vastness, wilderness, silence and the unknown is what captures me to this place. And this is being threatened by increasing tourism (which involves me) and climate change (again which involves me).
      Not that I'd regret it if I didn't, but I would like to see if Antarctica is everything I imagine & feel it is. So I'm off to find out.

      ... to do our own shopping for rooms. Without an Andrew we took our chances with the location maps, photos and prices of motels around Byron Bay and ended up with a room in Ballina, 31 minutes south. It turned out to be a clean and convenient motel, but we did not stay long enough to get to know the town, known for prawn fishing. Exhausted from our road trip and happy for a bed, we just snacked on apples and cheese for dinner in the room, both of us thinking ...
