    good rides. The beach was absolutely
    stunning and had some beautiful rocks where the waves crashed into but it was
    saltier than any of the other beaches I have been to yet. It was awesome to see how surf competitions

    ... The first half an hour is spent just soaking in a hot bath with mud poured in before you get in, to soften the skin and relax you. After half an hour you hop out and cover yourself with a pot of fresh mud then stand (in the cold.. joy) for 10 minutes to let it harden. After the 10 minutes you then jump back into the warm bath and soak for another hour. It was just brilliant!
