A travel blog entry by helenstephen on Jun 04, 2015

... stopping at all islands. We explored 4 of the 6 islands we visited and each one was quite different. Then I stepped forward towards the newbies and gave them brief ESTIEM story and aims of the organisation ... in RUSSIAN! If only you could see the faces of these poor little Swedes! :D To say they were shocked to death is to say nothing. After my Russian tale one of the local ESTIEMers laconicly added: Well, that's pretty enough to know ...

... by foot, bicycle or moped. I have to say mopeds are the coolest transport ever! There's a wooden seating area which lets you take one or two friends with you. Also everyone around the town was like a big family always stopping to talk and chat with each other. Imagine life living on an archipelago!

I made my way to the Lotsutkiken view point to get a view of the surrounding ...
