... that first to start off slowly. After going around the lazy river once, we got off and went on these "racer" slides that you went down face first and had a little sled (nothing steep, so my mom did it twice and had a blast!). After that, I decided to go on the steep slides - one was a steep drop and then had a loop-de-loop and was enclosed (blue slide), while the other one was a straight drop (red slide)! I did the blue slide twice before I tried the red one! Both were fun, but ...
... first stop today was the Wisconsin Dells Natural Area. There was a trail that took us down to the river. It had some beautiful views of the rocks and cliffs. Paul's favorite was the The Big Kahuna (the wave pool) and Mom's favorite was The Stingray.

The first lock and dam I saw was near the town of Alma. Eventually I had to head east from the river near
Onalaska and took I90 towards the Wisconsin River Dells.

took us along with my mom’s parents. I
only know I was there because of some slides my father took on the
vacation. He ...
