... another crime scene? Not today. Just a freaky man talking to himself and jumping on the escalator as we were descending with our bags. He moved just in time. Hertz gave us an upgrade. Big deal. I'd prefer an upgrade on the flight home. All the same, we are driving an American car - a Buick LaCrosse. It's big and has a sun roof. (Not keen on opening the sun roof while driving through ...

We got picked up from outside our hotel and headed to the Starline Tours office. There we had to stand in line and wait to have our tickets issued, another drawn out process. Once our tickets had been issued we waited to be informed on which bus we should take. We were on Bus #69. This bus then took us as well as other guests travelling to San Diego Zoo as ...

Bicycles, Bicycles!

I love to ride bikes. On a bike, I feel completely alive. I’m entranced in my own carefree world where anything is possible. And because I’m so enthralled with my own little world, I generally like to bike alone. Aside from a new indie album or shuffled playlist, there is nothing but the sound of passing traffic.

Which brings me to my next point- the man I will soon marry is one of the few people I know ...
