A five hour drive from Vegas and we finally arrived in San Diego dumping our bags into the room we looked at the view and thought that we could do better. ... day and visited the deer farm to walk and feed the animals. Drove on to Flagstaff where we walked and had lunch. Sedona was one hour away. Stayed at the Diamond Resort 15 min outside of downtown. ... Union station was amazing, it's an Art Deco place with wonderful architecture and huge leather armchairs - beautiful. We were allocated seats upstairs on the train, we only had 'coach' but I've never seen anything like it - so much leg room & you pull a lever & it's a bed almost, well it does go all the way to Seattle, no idea how long that takes - our trip is 8 hours!
