... directed thru the pre-screened area, very quick and nice people. Poppy had to go thru the usual scrutiny and now we are about an hour from boarding. Our flight to Newark left on time and arrived on time. We found our gate, had a sandwich and sat out the four hour wait until our flight to Shannon, Ireland was announced, and we are off! The freeway was very busy going into San Diego and we did not see another sign for the Pacific Highway until we reached San Diego. Our hotel is near the airport.
