    First trip out was to Tarragona on the bus (€5.70 for two returns). Loved this place. The architecture including the many statues and Roman remains were great to see.     ... the ruins that were underground, which was pretty cool. We finished the tour by going into the old Roman amphitheater (it looks like a smaller version of the colosseum). After our informative tour, I grabbed some wine with some of my friends. Then it was time for me to head to the train station.

    ... the back to get to the top of the steps for a decent view. We'd have sat on the steps had the option been there but these events are often popular and all the space was already taken by the time we got there. On the plus side there were stalls along one side of the cathedral square with amongst other things, several craft beers that we took the opportunity to sample. Some were rather good.
