... Our little boy is already thriving in the sunshine and the great outdoors. Admittedly, we are currently unemployed, but for now, it is rose coloured glasses all the way.

P.S my brother had the biggest boil I have ever seen on his elbow. Custard will not be eaten in this house for a very, very long time.

I checked out on Thursday morning, as expected people at the hostel were hanging from the night before, not the best atmosphere so I decided to head down to the beach for the day...it bloody rained! haha

Didn't stop me though, or other people! So it's nice to know I'm not the only crazy one lying on the beach in the rain. It did get pretty windy though so I did the one thing us Brits are known for, ...

... I stayed a little longer and then exchanged numbers with the friend to stay up to date about the operation, which will take place sometime tomorrow, don't know when exactly.

Ughh my cheek is so swollen and painful and it will take a long time before it's completely healed, about 3 weeks. I feel so bad & embarrassed! :( but I guess it could've been worse, and even though he needs an operation, that guy could also have ended up a lot worse..

After seven whole months of marriage we decided it was time for a second honeymoon…

As another Trans-Atlantic cruise was hard to arrange at short notice (and let's face it, a little bit greedy!)

We hitched up our beloved Milly and headed off for a 3 night mini-honeymoon to our new favourite place, North Star Holiday Park, Hasting Point, NSW.

(with an overnight stop at one of our old favourites, Kingscliffe North Caravan ...
