    ... easier to just stop on the way instead of backtracking, so Cheryl called to find out what the parking situation might be like. The lady said that there was plenty of room for an RV in the lot. Yes, we have played this game and lost before. To our delight, the parking lot was huge and there were other busses and trucks parked in the lot. We had plenty of room and easy access in and out.

    ... went back to the condo had a glass of wine and knitted. Everyone came home around 1:00. We had a lunch of appetizers at Tobey Keith's. After lunch we rested and had more wine. Quite a storm blew in during the afternoon. It caught a lot of the car show folks off guard. It was short lived but exciting. Our last dinner was at Villagio, same place we ate our first night.     ... at Wentchell's Oyster House. There was quite a crowd there because they have been coming down to Gulf Shores with her brother and sister-in-law for a few years and have made friends outside of the RV park. It was a festive and fun late afternoon Happy Hour. We ended the day watching a smoky fire around a purchased fire ring at Shelley and Wayne's site. John and I both agree that it is nice to have friends.
